From 25 to 27 October 2019, LPS Event Catering was responsible for the VIP hospitality of the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup Final in Mexico City. The Cup – parallel with the Formula 1 race – offered a thrilling stage to the high drama of mind bending driving.
In perfect accord LPS provided for the culinary demanding Motorsport Hospitality for over 500 VIP guests. At Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez traditional Mexican food met modern European cuisine. The VIP guests were pampered with an assortment of dishes, from Mexican spinach quesadilla and corn salad with coriander and avocado to fine Viennese veal escalope with wedges.
The kitchen, service and logistics within the LPS team delivered peak performance at 2,310 m altitude. The good infrastructure of the global Compass Group, the mother company of LPS, also helped to succeed. “Whatever country we come from and whatever language we speak, the same passion for good food and our guests’ delight burns in us,” LPS Managing Director Oliver Wendel sums up the deployment in Mexico.
